At Cavari Society, every item is produced on demand, exclusively for you.
Because of this made-to-order workflow, we do not accept general returns such as “wrong size chosen,” “change of mind,” or “not my style.”
However, we always guarantee product quality and correct fulfillment.
Returns for Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@cavarisociety.com.
Please include:

A short description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and the problem
If your claim is approved, we will arrange:

A free replacement
or -
A full refund
depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is made specifically for your order, the following cannot be returned:

Wrong size chosen by the customer

Change of mind
Exchanges
Since every item is custom-produced, we do not offer exchanges.
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days before it is produced.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because the product is custom-made.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
